The Elmwood tour was held by &#8220;the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buffalorising.com\/home\/\">Buffalo Rising<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buffalorising.com\/home\/author_archives.php?author=6\">guy<\/a>&#8220;, who appears to be the de facto mayor of the street.
